Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

VigoraBloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or claims.
